Tea Time





 After writing an essay tonight I needed to relax!  Here are just a few tips on how to end your night relaxed and stress free!  Usually at the end of night a little while before I go to bed I like to drink tea.  It helps calm me down and get a better night sleep.  I was drinking Lipton pomegranate green tea.  It's really good and you don't need to put in any sweeteners!  If you don't like tea you could also drink hot chocolate or another hot beverage but make sure it's non-caffeinated!  You don't want to be up all night!  (I also really love drinking tea because of the mugs... isn't this owl mug sooo cute?!?).  Another thing I do before going to bed is reading a magazine or a book.  I usually read while drinking my tea.  I was reading teen vogue today!  Finally I go on the computer and add to my blog or just surf the web! Good night and sleep tight my lovelies! <3<3<3
